Luigi Bormioli Opens U.S. Warehouse

South Carolina’s infrastructure, including the Port of Charleston, was a key factor in Luigi Bormioli Corp.’s decison to locate a warehouse and distribution operation in the city of Barnwell. The company will invest approximately $3.25 million and create 20 new jobs in the new location. Marcel Trepanier, president of Luigi Bormioli Corp., says the facility will provide improvedinventory, timely shipping and overall quality of
service, as well as achieve the goal of doubling business from this facility during the next three to four years.
